DIY Beary Cute Party FAQs
What is your Bear Buy Back Policy? For local DIY Beary Cute Parties, we now offer parents the opportunity to comfortably purchase enough Stuffables and accessories for their DIY Beary Cute Parties. No one would want any party guest to show up unexpectedly and be without a Stuffable -- and we understand that! At the same time, we do not want parents to spend unnecessarily. With this, we are offering our Bear Buy Back Policy!
With our Bear Buy Back Policy, Beary Cute Stuffables will buy back any unused, untouched, and in new condition Stuffables and outfits that were not used at your party. They must be unused, untouched, and in new condition in order for us to buy them back. Contact us for more details.
What is included in a DIY Beary Cute Party? A
DIY Beary Cute Party includes an unstuffed animal, stuffing bag filled
with stuffing, stuffing stick (for Large Stuffables), wishing star,
easy-to-understand instructions, bear certificate, and take-home
carrier -- everything needed for your own "build your own stuffed
animal" party!
For local deliveries (in
the Austin area), we have a $3 delivery fee within Round Rock. Outside
of Round Rock, delivery fees vary between $5-$15, depending on your
location.
NO hosting fee is assessed.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement? Absolutely not! With our DIY Beary Cute Parties, you can purchase as many Stuffables and accessories as you wish.
Scheduling: How do I schedule a DIY Beary Cute Party? Please visit our Contact Us page
and fill out the necessary information. We will contact you shortly to
discuss the details of your event. A DIY Beary Cute Party Order Form, as well as a $50 non-refundable deposit, is required to secure
your specific Stuffable and accessories.
Once we have received your order form, as well as party deposit, we will begin working on your order.
Deposit may be paid via PayPal by visiting our Beary Cute Party Deposit Page or contacting us at which time we will send you a Pay Pal Invoice. This deposit will be credited towards your party balance upon delivery.
Hosted Beary Cute Party FAQs
What is included in a Hosted Beary Cute Party? A Hosted Beary Cute Party includes a fun, interactive "Stuffin' Station" with unstuffed animals, outfits (if any), fluffy stuffing, wishing star and stuffable naming ceremony, a game with prizes, and party hosting. A $30 hosting fee is required.
Reserving Your Party: How far in advance should I schedule my child's party? We recommend you schedule your party as soon as you have decided on a Beary Cute Party. Some parents schedule Beary Cute Parties six months or even one year prior to their child's birthday.
Reserving and securing your date and time is vital as available dates may change daily. In order to be considerate to all of our customers, we offer a 24-hour courtesy hold to submit your party deposit once we have spoken or emailed with you and confirmed availability for your requested date.
Based on availability, we may be able to accomodate last minute party reservations, but we cannot guarantee availability until you contact us.
Cancellations: What if I need to cancel my child's Beary Cute Party? We can certainly reschedule your child's Beary Cute Party to another available date. If you choose not to reschedule, your Beary Cute Party Deposit is nonrefundable.
Length of Party: How long does a Hosted Beary Cute Party take? Most parties take between 45 minutes to 1 (one) hour.
Minimum attendance requirement: Do you require a minimum amount of children for a party?
For Hosted Beary Cute Parties, there is a minimum of 6 (six) children required.
For DIY Beary Cute Parties, there is NO minimum amount required.
Absent guests: What happens if not all 10 invited guests attend my child's party? Am I required to pay for absent guests? Not at all! You will not be required to pay for any extra guests as long as you meet your minimum of 6 (six) children. If you invite 10 children and only 8 attend, you are required to pay for the 8. On the other hand, if you invite 10 and only 4 show up, you are still required to meet the minimum and pay for a minimum of 6 (six). Extra Stuffables make fantastic gifts!
Service Areas: What are your service areas? We service the Round Rock, Hutto, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Cedar Park/Leander, NW Austin, and Steiner Ranch areas. If you are out of our service area, feel free to contact us. A travel fee may apply based on distance. Please contact us with your location, i.e. city and nearest intersection, and amount of participating guests.
Hosting Fee: Is there a hosting fee? For DIY Beary Cute Parties, there is no hosting fee as no host is provided. With our Hosted Beary Cute Parties, we do provide a host to coordinate a fun game with prizes, bear stuffin' portion of the party, as well as a wishing star and stuffable naming ceremony. Our hosting fee is $30, which will be included in your final invoice.

Special Accommodations: Do you need any special accomodations on the day of the party? Please have an open space available for our stuffin' fun and games. Most parents prefer a living room floor. Beary Cute Parties are very interactive party, so feel free to adjust the room temperature for some bear stuffin' fun!!
Personalized Party Page FAQs
What is a Personalized Party Page? A Personalized Party Page allows your child to have their very own personalized party page and allows your guests to RSVP directly to Beary Cute Stuffables™ with their choice of Stuffable and outfit (if any). About three days prior to your party, we will email you with an update of all the submitted RSVPs! One less thing for you to do!
What is included in a Personalized Party Page? Based on the type of party package you select, we will include pictures and descriptions of all available Stuffables and outfits that are available to your guests, include the RSVP deadline, and include the party date. Note: RSVPs are for party planning purposes only. Guests will not be contacted unless there was a question on their selection.
What about privacy? You and your childs' privacy are extremely important. Personalized Party Pages only include your childs' first name. No personal information is shared.
What is the cost for a Private Personalized PAWty Page? There is absolutely NO cost to our customers! As parents ourselves, we cannot put a price on the safety of our children. Our goal is to offer your child and their guests a fun and memorable celebration, while offering parents a great convenience, and ultimately, stress-free PAWty! With our Personalized PAWty Page, the tedious task of RSVPs will be a thing of the past!
How will my order be shipped? We use USPS for our orders and include Delivery Confirmation.
What is the cost for shipping? Shipping rates are $6.95 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.
When will my order ship? Orders ship within 24-48 hours.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Depending on your location, estimated delivery date is between 2-7 days.
